McDonald's is a restaurant that offers excellent food and courteous staff. The location on Camp Bowie West is recommended for a great experience. The parking is convenient and wheelchair accessible, although it is not too big. This spot is good for a break if someone is on a trip nearby. The dining room has had issues not being open during posted hours, which has led to some customer dissatisfaction. However, the weekday morning shift staff is praised for their excellent service. The restaurant has improved during the pandemic, with fresh and hot food served by friendly staff. The customer service has become much better, with attentive and helpful staff. The play area is a great addition for families with young children, providing a clean and well-maintained space for kids to play. Despite some delays in service, such as with black coffee, the overall vibe and kid-friendly atmosphere make McDonald's a reliable spot for a morning coffee or a quick meal.
