This McDonalds used to be my favorite. Now the service is terrible! The food is never ready and they have you waiting 5-10 or more minutes for “ fast food”. The poor service strictly falls on the new management they have!!
They are a true fast food even in rush hour they get you in and get you out if you eat McDonald’s on lunch this one is definitely the one to go to
Ate 4 of my 10 piece before seeing this. Left a message on the app no one got back to me so here we are.

McDonald's provides a drive-thru experience that is usually fast, with hot and fresh food and accurate orders. The restaurant features a clean and spacious play area for kids, making it a popular choice for families. The play structure is large and well-maintained. While condiments may not be readily available, the tasty food and friendly staff contribute positively to the experience. Gracie stands out for offering exceptional service with a smile, making mornings brighter for families. However, there have been concerns about high wait times for food that should be readily available. Some customers found it difficult to receive assistance with the digital menu board, leading to an impersonal ordering experience. Additionally, parking can be challenging, especially for handicapped customers, as the drive-thru often backs up, making it hard to exit the lot quickly. Despite these challenges, the restaurant remains a place where families can enjoy a meal together, though some have noted that prices have increased, making it less of a value for small families. Overall, it's a bustling location with happy staff, but improvements in service speed and order management are needed for a better experience.
