I love McDonald’s and the food isn’t the issue here. This is the slowest location I’ve ever been to, and the service SUCKS. I come here a lot and everytime I come there’s always at least 6 people in the lobby just waiting on food. My food say ready behind the counter for 15 minutes before someone finally came and started helping the people in the lobby. When I received my food the fries were cold and I asked the employee if I could have new fries and the ones in bag had been sitting for 15 minutes. She just walked away and started doing stuff in the back.

The hash browns were so dark and tasted like they needed to change their oil. The assistant manager kept giving other people food away and than when the guest complained she said that they were lying even if they had a receipt. So rude and unprofessional

Horrible experience at McDonald's this morning! We arrived at 8 AM, expecting to grab a quick breakfast since the sign clearly stated they opened at 7 AM. But to our surprise, the doors were locked and no one was letting customers in. My kids were super excited for their breakfast, but instead, we were met with a cold, dark restaurant and a bunch of disappointed customers. To make matters worse, the drive-thru line was ridiculously long, snaking around the building! It was a total disaster. We ended up leaving hungry and frustrated. How can a McDonald's not be open when it's supposed to be?! Poor management and poor customer service. We won't be back

Can you give no stars? This is the absolute worst McDonald's ever simply because you never get any service, or service is poor. Been here twice in the morning. No one is available to take your order and when they do, you're given the wrong food. Instead, i see people cleaning the parking lot. How about cooking something?

Took the kids there last Saturday around 5:30 PM to dine in. Sat in the indoor play area. Most tables dirty. I went to counter and asked for something to clean the table with and they gave me what they use to clean the tables. Went and waited for a while near the checkout for the food. Employee was eating fries behind the counter. I kiddingly said, you aren’t eating my fries are you? The place was not very clean.
