Well, although it is a Mexican restaurant in name, we have to remember that its clientele is more Anglo-Saxon than Mexican. The food is passable as Mexican but it lacks more Mexican flavor. The sauces are tomato and the corn tortillas are from a bag from the store. So he has a lot to improve on.
This place is always good. I got chicken enchiladas w/sour cream sauce for $9 and change, and got in and out quickly for lunch. The salsa is warmed up and has an almost marinara flavor & the chips are always fresh. I recommend it.
