We had a fabulous experience here! We called on short notice and they were able to accommodate a large group on very short notice. The food was amazing and we were treated like royalty. This is a definite must go for us when we're in Ft. Worth

If you have over two hours, enjoy overpriced, cold food, and don’t mind poor service this might be the place for you. Meal started great with cocktails and appetizers. About one hour in we finally got to order food. Food finally arrived very cold and overdone after another 45 minutes. The staff did not seem bothered at all that we had a bad experience. After another 20 minutes manager finally adjusted our bill. One of the very few times I’ve gone to a nice restaurant and not left any tip whatsoever. There are lots of choices in Fort Worth.

Find another steak house. If you are a steak person this place is not what you are expecting. Longhorn or Texas roadhouse has it beat.

Michael our usual server, let us take our time and enjoy our wine and various courses. Before dinner drinks, bread and butter, bottle of red wine. We each ordered an appetizer, and leisurely sipped wine ate some more bread; and then when were ready he brings the chop house salad(Amazing flavors). I always ask to see what special soup they might have, and it was pablano and I had a small cup. More wine, bread; time enjoying each others company. We also love the staff and they are always fun to talk with. Then we order our main courses, boneless ribeye and The filet duo, it had lobster ravioli and 2 petite steak filets. We get the peppercorn sauce on the side. Our sides to go with dinner were truffle fries: YUM, brussel sprouts; always decadent and rich; and the creamed spinich. We can never finish, and take our left overs to go; which he always packs up for us. Always an amazing experience, privately owned by Zack, we love him also.

Excellent steakhouse with a classy atmosphere and high-quality food. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned—and the sides were just as good. Portions felt generous for a higher-end place, and presentation was on point.
Service was professional and attentive without being intrusive, and the dining room felt clean and comfortable. Great spot for a date night or special occasion. Definitely recommend.

Fillet , scallops, and the cream of spinach were excellent. Had an assortment of appetizers and they only recommend the cream of spinach. Had three different salads and they were all very good Regarding the noise level, I thought it could've been better. It was very loud with people talking and no music. Service was not what I expected for the price Had to get whiter several times for drinks and forgot one of the appetizers. It wasn't New Year's Eve so it was extremely crowded In saying that I would definitely ether again, but I would definitely know what to get.

Don't bother. Bloody expensive and mediocre food. Very, very dissatisfied and will never return. There are far to many great restaurants in the area.

Had a reservation. Stood at the hostess station for 30 minutes and we were not even greeted. They have a management problem.

Had a reservation for 645 on Christmas Day sat there inside the restaurant for 30 minutes without being spoken to. Not sure why they felt the need to give out free meals to the police, but not talk to their guest that had reservations. All for the police getting free meals, but someone should’ve been in place to take reservations and seat paying customers. I don’t normally give bad reviews, but this is an exception. I’m very upset this ruined our Christmas evening plans seeing this how this was gonna be our Christmas dinner and we ended up going to old South pancake House because at least we knew we could get served there .

We loved our experience at Mercury Chophouse FW. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding even on Christmas night when the restaurant takes serves the FWPD. We will return very soon.

After standing at the hostess stand for 30 minutes without even being talked to, we decided to leave because they had people standing next to us that have been there for 45 minutes before they got set after their reservation and we had already waited 30 after ours, I understand that they were giving the police free meals, but they still should've had someone monitoring the hostess station and setting the paying customers

We have a group of 8 who celebrate Christmas at Mercury Chophouse every year. We love dining with our wonderful Fort Worth police officers. It gives us the opportunity to thank them for all they do to keep us safe. It is amazing that Mercury Chophouse does this every year! The food, service, and atmosphere at Mercury Chophouse is always on point. Our wonderful server, Michael, is just amazing! We ask to be seated in his section every time we dine at Mercury.

Food was decent although not great for the price. It's a very loud steak restaurant. Was hoping for more of a classy, low noise experience. We did appreciate the fact that they were opening the restaurant on Christmas Day to serve Fort Worth Police Department things almost more like a steak and sports bar type restaurant. Even the owner, who is there, is very loud.

My wife and I went to Mercury Chophouse for Christmas day dinner. We decided to pick a place we hadn't been to before. The restaurant was very chaotic(I understand it was a holiday) as they were also hosting the City of Fort Worth Police Department. Even so it was very disorganized and always had someone different coming to our table. Anyway I ordered the NY Strip and was really looking forward to it. My wife got the seared scallops. The steak was awful. It had no flavor, and bad texture and reminded me of a steak from a cheap steakhouse. I don't normally make a fuss, but for $53 I was sending it back. I opted not to order anything else, and they removed the steak from the bill. Again realizing the holiday it was probably an off night, but it was a disappointment and we probably won't be back.

Reservations at 5:30.....we weren't able to order until 7. The restaurant had over committed to also serving a meal to a huge group, and as a result were either understaffed or unprepared to also offer an excellent experience to other diners. Steak was not cooked to order, and no inquiries were made to confirm quality/doneness after presentation.
