I recommend a General Manager or someone in leadership swing by on a week night. Fruit flies near the drinks, trash not taken out, 3 employees and it took me 10 minutes to order. I was the only person in line.
I almost thought the place was closed because the open sign was turned off.
I was standing there for a minute or so before any of the employees acknowledged I was there. This place is allergic to business.

Terrible service, the employees do not welcome you or acknowledge you at all. You have to speak to them to get their attention. They move like sloths and give monosyllabic reply’s. This has happened multiple times. This evening we along with another party behind us ended up leaving because of the lack of service and attention and the employees began laughing, which is likely their reason for acting the way they do.

I’m just gonna make a list of all the problems when we went there last night for the last time, yes, we will never go back. I have worked at pizzerias in high school, college, and even when I was in the Army… So I know how our pizzeria is supposed to be run.
We came in at 6:30 on Saturday night with only three tables of people in the entire restaurant. The employees are just sitting around joking. As we were entering, someone cut us off and ran up and started talking to the customers and let the door slam in our face. I do not know if this person works there or not. But, the employees seemed more interested in talking to that person than helping us.
1. The restaurant was DIRTY with multiple tables that needed to be bussed and cleaned. Most of the trash cans were a full of trash and needed to be emptied.
2. Employees were rude and didn’t show any respect towards us as paying customers. Even getting their attention to place an order was difficult.
3. They couldn’t even make a round pizza. Our pizzas were shaped more like Naan bread. Quality of the food was very poor. The person making the pizza used as little time as possible to make a hideous looking pizza. I guess it was just too much for him to spend his time doing his job properly.
When this restaurant first opened, the food was actually pretty good. We used to go about twice a month on Sunday. NEVER again!
Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Mellow Mushroom makes a good pizza and so does Prima’s. Both of those places have much better customer service as well.
I truly hope that MOD Pizza goes out of business.

Worst MOD I’ve been to. So very slow to order and get pizza. This process is supposed to be streamlined and the employees seem to be confused on what they’re supposed to do. Retrain your staff!
