My husband and my first time here. Great service and amazing old style breakfast with food and fair pricing. Our waitress Rose was sweet as can be and quick with our food. It’s really small diner and small parking lot but we didn’t have a wait for breakfast time.

Lovely old school restaurant with Service at a counter or seated. When you go in, you want to look for the menu board against the back wall. Some specials ferry by day. Today I had the chicken fried steak lunch special with two sides plus salad. Prices are very reasonable and the service is attentive. This is a place that most tourists don’t find, although it’s very busy during the Fort Worth stock show.

I have been here 4 times. The first 3 were 5 star. The last 7/28/25 was challenging, the server took 5-10 minutes to come over, placed order two breakfast burritos, they were excellent, but the forgot to add hash browns, waitresses never brought OJ with food, so got up to ask about it, that was the only time she ever came back to my table to bring Orange juice. Never a refill, never saw her till at check out. Service was quite challenging the couple next to me waited, and finally left, the next guy was told we stopped serving breakfast it was 10:45 and we won’t serve lunch for 15 more minutes he waited till 11 to order. I hope this isn’t the new norm.

First time there ,love Rose she was very cool, i had a BLT ,we also had Chicken fried steak & Grilled cheese ,it is a little busy home town place ,cute and a really nice staff ❤️

Pretty good cafe. Not the best, not the worst. The banana pudding and peach cobbler are the stars.

First time there I ordered breakfast I ask for 2 pancakes hash browns 2 eggs over easy and asked for sausage links and a coke breakfast came fast I was brought a can coke and the sausage was not breakfast links so e kind of echrich or something waiter brought food fast and sit down in hurry and layed bill down and never came back to table again so I chose to eat what was brought and didn't get a refill and when I got up to go pay they charged me over $21.00 very unhappy about price also

My first time there, but definitely not my last! Food was delicious! Service was excellent. A wonderful welcoming atmosphere from my much younger years!

I think this is a very cute and quaint café. The staff is a very friendly and the food is great!! We will definitely be coming back!

I drive by this place all the time and today I thought I would give it a try. It’s 10:15 in the morning and I walk in and instead of being greeted with a good morning or hello it was an immediate “breakfast has ended. Sorry”. I would have gladly entertained a lunch menu, but I got the impression that they were very disinterested in serving. Any way. That left a bad taste and I won’t try again.
