Okay, I love Mutts 90%. I say that because my experience was perfect EXCEPT for Dusty. This particular employee had the audacity to tell me I shouldn’t play with my 11 year old dog because he was too old, that my autistic child was a problem, and then lied to the manager about talking to me about my child. I’ve worked in the service industry for YEARS and would have gladly talked to my child or done anything else asked (within reason) had I *actually* been talked to - but...
I went with a friend who has dogs, drinks were great. The staff could stand to be more strict on letting the small dogs into the big dog pen. Stop being afraid to tell these people that their 2 ounce pug will be "just fine" in a pen full of huge dogs.
I really want to love Mutts Cantina, but the inconsistent hours make it incredibly frustrating.
They seem to open and close whenever they feel like it. If it’s slow, you might find yourself waiting until they decide to open—one time, they told me at 11 AM that they dont open until 10 AM (which had already passed),when told them it was 11 am then they changed it to noon.
