Just wow. I was pretty skeptical before going. I scheduled a personalized bottle selection with a friend. I showed up a little early. The place is classy, welcoming, and fun. The bartender was the most charismatic man I’ve met in a long time. I’ll definitely be back for cocktails. The build your own bourbon was hosted by Brandon, the guy who distills the whiskey. Very overrated. Harsh whiskey, not developed like Kentucky Bourbon.
Terrible customer service. They use a company with multiple 1 star ratings because of slow shipping times to fulfill orders. I ordered one of their regular products a week ago. I’ve received an email that claims my order has been shipped. 16 hours later it is still pending confirmation.
All of my emails are bot replies thanking me for my patience and that I’ll receive an email with tracking information when it ships. I haven’t received that email either.
