Muy Frio Margaritas

I stopped by Muy Frio at 3613 W Vickery Blvd, and I have to say—I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of their drinks. What I expected to be just another frozen cocktail spot turned out to be an excellent pregame beverage choice. The flavors were bold, refreshing, and just the right balance of smooth and strong. While the atmosphere inside is inviting, taking my drink to-go was just as enjoyable. It traveled well, stayed icy, and kept the vibe going wherever I went. If you're looking for something Muy Frio, you’ve found it—cold, delicious, and exactly what you need to kick things off right. ❄️🍹

Meh it was a major let down it wasn’t what I was expecting. I’ve lived here in Fort Worth my whole life and I’ve never heard of this place until I was watching YouTube and Joel Hansen did a challenge so from the video it looked cool and huge but the shop is very small. The YouTuber did a challenge that was priced at $50 yet they don’t have it advertised and none of the salsa items are posted on their menu. Rather expensive for single and whole tamales and the frozen drinks were ok.

It was small and dead it’s not worth visiting but I will say the tamales were good.

This is a great idea for an establishment. It is out of the way and I just happened to see it. Whether you drink alcohol or not, which I do not, there is always something there for you and all of the people in your party.

The flavors for the alcoholic slushies are all pretty enticing (Pina colada, cola, mango, etc). I also got a tamale plate, which was pretty good. I don't think they are made in-house, but that did not really bother me one way or the other. They were really good. That plate also comes with chips and salsa, which need more salt for my taste. Salt and pepper were not on the table. We also got some queso which was really good. Tasted like baseball game cheese sauce, which I love.

I asked for a cup of water, but they do not offer that. If you want water you have to buy a 16.9 oz. bottle. I never like that about places like this that serve drinks that you are bound to get because that's what they do, serve drinks. So, that might be something that I would change about the establishment policies. But that's just me.

My sister invited me here today on a whim for birthday margaritas. I was a little worried that I would disrupt other guests with my two toddlers but this place has such a homey vibe to it. The staff was super nice! The margaritas were delicious! I had the mango margarita and added chamoy and tajin. I got a small non-alcoholic slushy for the kids. It comes in a super cute little bottle.

Also got the chips and queso and they were so delicious!

I wish I would have taken pictures but will definitely be back again!

Kid-friendliness: They have an “art gallery” which is a large chalkboard wall. Super fun for kids. They also have a ton of table games to choose from.
