I love this place, the food is delicious. However the customer service is terrible. I come here at least 3 times a week to pick up a to-go order for my toddler and every time I call to place an order no one answers the phone! Then most of the time they over charge! One cashier was rude to my older daughter a few days ago, luckily I was waiting in the car otherwise I would’ve addressed this.
My was delayed 22 mins. and that was AFTER, 17 mins I inquired where /when. Apologies by cashier (who was a delightfully cheerfully and happy young lady?) and person who brought out my order, but not manager (who was on duty working in kitchen).The food was good quaility but not exceptional. I had pimento cheese and tomato soup, daughter had turkey sandwich and chicken tortilla soup.The delay in receiving my food made for an inconvenience and further delay in schedule/appointment.The...
Very unassuming restaurant. Had a chicken salad sandwich (my one complaint would be to add MORE chicken salad) and it was very good!All of our food was very good and the place was very clean - def. Have to try again as this was our first visit.
