There are always a few food trucks right by HopFusion when we head in. Today, we saw one that was absolutely swamped and one without a line, so we choose the quickest option. I have absolutely no idea why these guys didn’t have a line. The name is funny, the bus is eye catching, and the meatballs are to die for! My husband got the wax on wax off and it had such good flavor. I enjoyed the heartbreaker on sourdough… but I ate it all before I even considered a picture. Good portions for the money too. Definitely would go back!

Sorry, WUT! So meatballs are pretty now? Pretty on the eyes, better on the buds. Can you imagine? Very much an explosion of flavor. Kent’s service was off the charts. Wow. I loved the “wax on, wax off,” on a bed of beautiful penne. Absolutely amazing. I wish I lived in this truck and ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you.

Awesome dairy free & gluten free options. We got the Mama’s, Cure, and Wax On Wax Off meatballs over zucchini noodles. By far our favorite was the Wax On Wax Off meatball which they described as having an almost ramen-like sauce. Great service, and very thoughtful, allergen- friendly owner who took to time to tell us how each item could work for our allergies.

oh Balls! Showed up at our neighborhood Fourth of July bash. These were the best meatballs I ever had. They were so good, I forgot to take a picture. My son and I both got the Bianca (basil and parmesan with a creamy sauce). I got mine over penne and he got his ok sour dough bread.Absolutely suggest checking them out. I’m wildly tempted to go order another batch in a different flavor, but the line is (rightly) crazy long.
