There are always a few food trucks right by HopFusion when we head in. Today, we saw one that was absolutely swamped and one without a line, so we choose the quickest option. I have absolutely no idea why these guys didn’t have a line. The name is funny, the bus is eye catching, and the meatballs are to die for! My husband got the wax on wax off and it had such good flavor. I enjoyed the heartbreaker on sourdough… but I ate it all before I even considered a picture. Good portions...
