The waitress was amazing. But their food was not that great anymore.

I took my brother there for his 68th birthday, and the service was horrible. It took forever just to take our order or even get drinks after we placed our order for iced tea. We found out later they were brewing tea. Would we like something else? So we ordered coke then waited some more just to place our order. We placed our order, and they brought someone else's order. We told them they took it back, and we waited some more. We waited and waited, and we were ready to walk out, finding the manager saying I would pay for the drinks, We were tired of waiting. Then food finally came out, subpar at best not hot !! UGH never again !!

During this dining experience, we were not happy with our food or service. We ordered fajitas for two, the meat plate was brought to our table either nothing else (no tortillas, rice, beans, or setup). We waited patiently and finally after 15 minutes asked for a manager. Manager apologized and said she would comp it. Our meat was not hot by the time we were able to finally eat it and then only our queso was taken off our bill. After talking to the manager, our waiter acted mad and never came back to check on us until he brought the bill. Not a good experience all around.

Stopped in for the half priced fajitas. Boy what a mistake that was. We were sat and then it was like we were invisible. When we finally got a server he brought chips and salsa and that was it. I had to ask for our drinks. He dropped tortillas at the table with the excuse your food will be right up. We'll the food never showed. Four other tables were seated and served and our food was no where to be found. Got up. Asled to speak with a manager who reallt y could careless that we were leaving. She acted like we were a bother. Walked out. Will not be going back.

Met some friends here for drinks and tacos. Started ok but service went downhill fast. Even though it was Cinco de Mayo it wasn’t very busy. Waited over 30 minutes for our server. Waited another 30 minutes for a couple of drinks. Ordered food but after an hour waiting and still no food we cancelled the order and requested the check. The manager never bothered to bring it. We finally had to walk up to the bar to get anyone to bother to help. Absolutely terrible service.

Worst experience ever!!!! Waited 45 to be seated which was fine as they were busy. Got seated waited 15 min before waitress even came to ask for drinks, 29 before drinks showed up with a bowl of chips no salsa. To order,45 min later salsa showed up along with my kids food which was like warm according to my kids. 30 min later my wife’s food and mine showed up cold, we asked for to go boxes. Manager came by and we asked for bill and to put military discount on there as I’m a disabled vet. She said sure she would be happy to. 10 min later came back with boxes and the “new bill” that was exactly the same as the first. As I was tired hungry and annoyed I just paid the bill and left. I frequent this establishment allot atleast four times a month and never have I had d service and disrespect for guests like this. I’m not sure if we will come back again with it run like this. Really frustrated with them tonight waiting almost 3 hours just to go home hungry and have to heat it up at home. Be better.!

This place was horrible. We went to relax after work an set at the bar. No A.C. an the manager Brice act like it was no big deal. I work in heat just to go there to eat an drink in heat was horrible. He needs to be trained on how to fix complaints. He said The fans were working but he said it made noise!! Never again! I would never recommend this place everrrrrrrr!!!!!
