We nearly walked out after sitting for 10 minutes without service other than being seated. But once Angelina our server finally arrived she informed us that the host stand never told her we were there. We watched the host stand that 10 minutes and I kinda believe her since they were just standing around talking amongst themselves, occasionally looking our direction and laughing. Not sure if it is a common practice for this location, or a group bullying towards an individual, but...

We meet here once a month with Friends, food and service is always good. Today the service was good, food was good but it was salty everything was salty rice, beans, guacamole all of it. The waitress said others complained about it being salty also

Stopped by On The Border today and sat at the bar. Alex, the bartender, was excellent—very attentive and professional throughout our visit. The food hit the spot and the draft beers were ice cold.

That said, the bar area could definitely use some attention. Every stool we tried had issues—rocking, uneven legs, or loose backs. A little refresh would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
