On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina - Lake Worth

The food was the best I've had at an OTB. Whatever they are changing in the kitchen, is working. The service was good. The only disappointing thing was the music was too loud and it made it difficult to talk to one another. They did reduce it a notch, but I still had hearing issues.

Not very busy at the time, but had to ask other people for what we needed. William was nice, but I guess was doing other things in back. Food was fair..chips n salsa bland

Good Tex Mex food

This store does not stand up to the chains standards in any category. A true disappointment.

Worst experience, criminal almost! We waited 45 min with no service and no food. When I asked the first 4 times I was ignored. I finally asked for the manager and he was helping out from another store and told my entire family we had to leave or he would call police! Haha. I asked why and my husband and I actually were told that he was too upset and didn’t have to provide us any service! We had our whole family out there and not one of us received a meal or what we all ordered. I will file a complaint but this was horrible service. Ever go to any On the Border, and never to Lakeworth, Texas. Thats the worst store and they need to train even the managers. What a nightmare to put us all through. He don’t even realize one was police!

Crunchy tacos a bit hard and chewy. The rest on point!!

The food was delicious! We ordered to-go at the restaurant, and Braeleigh, who took care of us, was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and made sure we always knew the status of our food while we were waiting. Highly recommend!

It was good but the waiter was the best his name is William if you ever go so on the border in lake Worth always asks for William he's one of the waiters

When you have a group of 12 come in, you simply can NOT put your slowest server on that table. She was nice, and we liked her, but WOW, show some hustle, man. When you see peeps are out of salsa, dash over and bring more salsa. Same with chips. Please. We should not be sad that every salsa dish and chip bowl is empty.
Seriously.
Also, the lights kept blinking off. Irritating.
But on a positive note, the food was as good as usual, which is excellent.

Wife and I went in today at 4:30 after 25 minutes guy out chips and salsa. Waitress came by and took our order. Another 45 minutes went by food showed up ICE COLD. Waitress stoped by and asked how our food was. I told her ice cold! I asked for the same meal warmed up. My wife said. I’ll take mine home and reheat it. Waitress took mine and brought my meal back a few degrees warmer. I asked for a box. All of this while 3 people were in the entire restaurant. Sorry OTB has lost all their customers and now I know why. We normally go there a few times a month or so. We will never go back. Ps- I gave my food to my dog. He likes cold food!

I ordered the kids chicken quesadilla cause that’s what I always get and it came out with three slices instead of four the manager comes over and tells me it’s the same amount of tortilla. They just cut it different so there’s nothing we can really do and so I was like OK so I’m not gonna get my fourth slice and he just looked at me and walked away. Yeah I’m not happy. This place is not that great. I love on the border off of Brian Irvin. I think I’m gonna go there instead of here.

Found a bug in queso, kinda didn't like the texture but it definitely added to the flavor, can't wait to see what yall add next!
