What an amazing place and super awesome staff! We were in town for my granddaughters last cheer competition. Senior 2026. We had 13 in our group. We tried two other restaurants in the stockyards were turned away and they were not even busy! We found Paloma Suerte and were immediately assisted. Kinda surprised by the negative reviews. That wasn’t our experience at all!
We stopped in there on a whim for lunch. Service was amazing! We tried all 3 of the different birria options. All incredible! Especially the duck! I don’t typically like duck.
Don’t know what to say. Either this restaurant has some haters, or management really got this place moving in the right direction lately!
Give it a chance. If you had our experience, you will not be sorry!

Maybe it's my first day in Fort Worth...or maybe this is simply the best queso I've had. I'm arguing it's the latter. The queso was full of veggies and brisket!!! Plus the Birria tacos were so indulgent. It was like swimming in flavor. We are here on an off day so there were not that many people in restaurant but our server made the atmosphere still incredibly fun and high energy and celebratory for my husband and I.

The restaurant excels in accommodating dietary restrictions and offers exceptional service. The tableside queso is a highlight. Guests enjoy their meals, especially the incredible frozen margaritas, which are the best in Ft. Worth. The cool, fun settings in the historic stockyards, outdoor patio, and inexpensive cocktails make it worth a visit. The food is amazing, and watermelon margaritas on the patio with a view of the river are a great choice. Birria tacos and duck tacos are recommended. Kayleigh provides fantastic customer service with great attention to detail and a smile.
