This place is fantastic. Food is 5 stars+ and on par with the best BBQ joints in DFW. The brisket is out of this world, possibly the best in NTX area. The beef sausage is equally as good, as are the sides. Mac n Cheese, Potato Salad, Corn, etc. I'm only giving it 4 Stars because of the service. There's only one person taking orders for the entire place and then it takes a solid 15-20mins to get your order after that. Every other top BBQ place in DFW you order at the counter and get your food as you pay. The food is fantastic but the fact that after you order you still have to wait 20mins to get your food... it's not the greatest.

The bartender is great! I used to come all the time and haven’t been for months! Came for lunch today and she remembered my name.. I forgot hers. Mal? She remembered me and my drink and she remembered I lost my mom last time because I came to have a few drinks after I left the hospital that day down the street. I saw her and she asked how I was since then. It touched me very deeply. Plus the jalapeño sausage was amazing!! Best ever! Also the collard greens, no one makes them like panther! Best bbq and bartender!

Best Brisket in Texas! Cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. The Mac and cheese had the flavor, the sauce the whole recipe! The potato salad was as god intended with cheese and bacon. I don't even like pork but theirs was good! Not even mad they were sold out of the stuffed jalapeños cus I'll be back for sure!

There was a lot of hype going into Panther city BBQ and it did not disappoint. The brisket melts in you mouth like butter and has a very nice smoky taste. I would say the bbq sauce was pretty good too. However I would highly recommend to order the Flocadilla (brisket quesadillas) since that were bomb and the price is very affordable. Overall, this place is a top BBQ restaurant in Texas and should defiantly be check out. Just make sure to get there early and expect to wait in line.Parking: Most likely will have to park in the grass lot right across the restaurant.

Had the brisket, pork belly burnt ends, ribs, jalapelo cheese sausage, and jalapeno Mac and cheese. All of the food had great flavor but was a little cold (hence 4 stars). If the food was warmer, it would have received a higher rating. The service at the bar was excellent, along with all of the staff I spoke with.

The brisket was moist smoky and a lot of it on the sandwich. The spicy mac and cheese was just ok. It was just mac and cheese with fried jalapenos and raw slice. Also tried the pork belly poppers and they were really good.Parking: Not much parking in the lot, but there was some parking across the street.
