The food was okay. It wasn't anything special. I felt like it was the quality of Panda Express, but more expensive. I ordered the orange chicken and felt that the majority of it was rice and not chicken. It didn't seem to be terribly busy (at least one other group was there). It was loud because of mobile air conditioning units (probably why they are moving locations).Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options or things that can be made vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: They have a small kid's menu.

This particular restaurant has gone way down and cleanliness and service. used to be a very pleasant dining experience. Now it is loud music and filthy bathrooms filthy tables and chairs, sad to see the decline of America

Used to love coming here a handful of years ago. Haven’t been in since the pandemic and missed their lettuce wraps and kung pao so my husband and I decided to make a purposeful trip out here. What a true disappointment.Cashier behind the counter was making a personal call when we came in, had to wait for her to finish it before she would take our order. Our food was out in less than 5 minutes which normally would be pretty great if I was waiting for fast food or if our meals were decent. The lo mein I got with my kung pao was still stuck together in some places and besides the overwhelming amount of spice, didn’t have much flavor. The vegetables were still crunchy and tasted like they came straight out of the fridge. Everything came out in to go containers, which isn’t terrible I guess but strange. My husband and I were both unimpressed and we won’t be back. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the restaurant and bathrooms were VERY clean. Plenty of other great Asian restaurants around, don’t waste your time here!

This used to be me and my daughters favorite place to go when we get a rare mother daughter day out. It's been awhile since we have been there (Covid & life stuff). This latest visit I thought it a bit odd that 1pm on a Sunday they didnt have a packed dining room. They definitely didn't have enough staff because the cashier was doubling as the server. We always order 2 different appetizers and share them and our own different entrée. The Crab Wontons we ordered were almost burnt. That came as a huge surprise to us. Our entrées definitely were subpar compared to what we used to get and came to us warm not hot. Sadly, They no longer have Chia tea that was the best I've ever had (big bummer).I will say while we were eating, the server/cashier brought us new Crab Wonton without us complaining about them. She told us she knew when she brought them to us they were way overcooked and didn't look good. Now that's customer service! On our next outing I'm not sure we will go back, but hopefully they can turn it around. Pei Wei has always been so good and you knew every visit you'd walk out the door full and happy.

Their pad thai is not what it used to be. It was so good years ago but now? It doesn't taste like traditional pad thai. What a shame! Staff is friendly and attentive but their cook needs some experience.

I would do 0 stars if possible. The employees here need a lesson on hygiene and food handling. One of the employees was handing out an extra container of crab Rangoons for people to reach in and grab with their hands. Ever since Pei Wei opened I have ordered the pad Thai with veggies... today they told me it doesn't come with veggies, so I got chicken. The chicken was so beyond disgusting we couldn't eat it. Looked grey and old or undercooked. Slimy and grey and disgusting. Will not be back and now I just hope I don't get sick. Pei Wei is not what it used to be but this location is particularly gross.

Pei Wei discontinued the last poke bowl, which was the only remaining menu item that my wife would eat. We have enjoyed eating at Pei Wei for years, and always had excellent service at this location, but we will not return if they do not bring back the poke bowls, or something similar.

I had the Thai Dynamite Tofu and brown rice with extra tofu.

This was our favorite take-out until now. Not sure what has gone wrong in their kitchen. The chicken and beef for like shoe leather. Everything was cold when we picked it up. We won't be back.

The food was okay, nothing special. The smallest portions I have ever received. I spent $39 dollars on basically rice. The crab won tons were burnt to a crisp. This place has terrible reviews, and I know why.

As a vegetarian, I get the tofu. They have changed the tofu to big squishy globs of bleh from the thin and crispy pieces. Also, no more plates, just half full disposable bowl. Less food, more money, and squishy tofu. No thanks.

Food was really good - I had the honey chicken, chicken lettuce wraps, and my wife had the teriyaki. All of it was great! The girl that took our order was really kind and helpful as well. Wish I could have caught her name to give her a shout out

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Ordered shrimp fried rice.Lots of white rice visible in my order, the rice and veggies a bit undercooked, and the flavor is bland. The interior is very nice and contemporary. This place is sitting on a gold mine if the quality of the food gets better.
