“It was perfect. The pizza was so good. Our waitress Sahara was so amazing because she checked on us and even all the staff took great care of us! We will be there again soon to eat. If you want to relax with good food, sports, to relax and enjoy a good meal. Perfect experience.“

“Would have given 5 stars but there is no dine in technically you get it boxed but could sit and eat on your own and the condiments that come with pizza you have to now pay for which is crazy to have to pay for crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese“

“Ordered Carryout, a Honey Pep. Pizza with bacon. Sadly, when I got home there was no bacon the pizza!With that being said, I called to see what we could do to solve the problem. The manager, LaMonte, was very nice and courteous and handled the situation by honoring my family with another pizza on them! Thank you to this establishment.“

“Although this location is a “Take-Out m/Delivery Only” spot, the pizza represents exactly what we’ve all come to know and love about Pizza Hut. This location is staffed by what I can describe as the most helpful and knowledgeable young people the company may have in their Human Resources arsenal. Their collective customer service is above and far beyond what you might expect from a delivery take out location. These guys have my vote for Best Location Company Wide and deserve an additional Star in their grade!“

“Okay, so, I tried to order my pizza online from this location on N. Beach street, and it charged my account twice. I went inside to see if they received my order and they did not. The lovely woman at the front was so nice and helpful when we walked in. I just verbally gave her my order. She was so freaking nice and she wasn’t annoyed or bothered that I asked her for help. A lot of times, you don’t encounter nice human beings, at restaurants or anywhere in general, and she was great! —Great people skills ! :)“

“This is the Friendliest people store. Did is Never late or cold. Always made to order except the cut. The cut of a half cheese and half pepperoni. Came out a little crooked. 2 pieces were half cheese and peps on the edges. That was only a hurry cut. Lol not that big of a deal I guess.“

“Update: I no longer am a patron of Pizza Hut. Their pizza crusts were generally undercooked in the middle and I got tired of putting up with it. I switched to Dominoes and their crust is awesome! However, I sure do miss the OLD days of Pizza Hut's signature pizza recipe *sigh*I keep asking for "very light cheese" (due to my intolerance) and I keep getting the regular amount of cheese on my pizzas.“

“I ordered a personal pan pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms. My husband ordered a meat lovers melt. We sat in the car to eat them. My husband gave me a bite of his melt and I fell in love . I ordered another one to take home. It was hot and crispy and flavorful. But order and extra marinara to go with the melt. They only give you a small condiment cup. It was not enough for me.“

“I ordered pizza last night and delivery time was 25 to 35 mins. An hour goes by and nothing was delivered. I spoke to the store and they were to remake my pizza and offered me a free dessert. When I got off the phone my pizza was delivered. Apparently my phone number was wrong and they had tried to notify my of the mishap which resulted in a remake on my pizza. I let them know I no longer needed the remake and they still delivered it along with my free dessert. Food was delicious and worth the wait. Thank you for doing what it took to make everything right!“

“Sam is the manager of this store and was very kind polite and respectful. His store associate Maddie also was very helpful and attentive.

The Burleson Pizza Hut sucks!! Their customer service is non-existent and their Pizza is awful in Burleson that is.

I personally would much rather drive over to sycamore School road to get my pizza then get crap service in a crap pizza from Burleson.

SOOOOOO! The sycamore School road Pizza Hut location is run by good people with excellent customer service and their Pizza is delicious!

“We live a few minutes away from this location and order pizza for takeout at this location multiple times a month, it’s important for me to write this review because we have never had any issues anytime we have ordered the food is always hot and fresh! Everyone working there is always polite and attentive.“

“Very good customer service! They made a small mistake on my order and apologized about 10 times. I was fine with it, no big deal. They said, they can make me something extra for free! Thats how you treat a customer!

“During a busy weekend I stopped in to get one large pepperoni with thin a crispy crust to go .After I completed my order ,I looked up, and outside in the parking lot , there were two great big long commercial busses. The busses contained two soccer teams .Those people behind the counter got busier than a one eyed cat watching two mouse holes . It was a pleasant surprise when the pizza hut staff had my order ready in 10 minutes . No excuses or delay. Thank You Berry St. Pizza Hut . This location is across from the High School. Serving the area of Pascal ,and Texas Christian University. They offer pick up ,and, multiple delivery options . Priscilla runs the place from what I can see ,and does a great job .“

“store 034554 located on Eastchase PKWY…… Howard thank you thank you thank you for being so friendly, and having the best customer service. We had gone next door to Wing stop first and had to leave bc the ppl there were rude, will never be returning to a wing stop. Howard you deserve a raise for being patient and sweet even when you’re so close to closing. Thanks again from a pregnant mama and her husband.“
