Pluckers Wing Bar Reviews
Worst experience I’ve ever had at the Arlington location. They should fire half the staff and just start over.
Easily one of the worst restaurants to order from on Uber Eats. Pluckers never gets the order right — items are always missing, and their customer service is an absolute joke. They act like it’s your fault, offer no help, and clearly don’t care about their customers. The South Park Meadows location is hands down the worst of them all — completely careless, unorganized, and consistently disappointing.

I came to Pluckers to celebrate my birthday, enjoy wings, and watch the Chiefs game. The app showed no wait, which felt suspicious since there’s always a wait. Sure enough, when we got to the Round Rock location, it was slammed and ended up being a 20–30 minute wait. If the online waitlist had actually been available, we would’ve joined ahead of time instead of wasting time standing around.
Still, I was willing to wait because I’ve always loved Pluckers....read full review

Pluckers Wing Bar is known for their best wings, especially the spicy lemon pepper flavor, which are always served hot and fresh. The restaurant can get busy after 5 pm, so checking in online is helpful. It is a great place for keto diets and offers family-friendly dining in a fun and welcoming atmosphere, making it ideal for groups or watching games. The wings are delicious, and there are plenty of drink options, making it a popular spot for lunch or dinner. Staff members, including the manager, provide friendly service and ensure everything runs smoothly even on busy nights. Must-try appetizers include the Holy Macaroni and fried pickles, with many wings available for sharing. For those with limited mobility, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Recent reviews mention friendly servers like Kathryn, who provided helpful service and made birthdays special, as well as good food, drink refills, and a variety of wing heat levels, from medium to really hot. However, some customers note that prices are high, with a minimum of $20 for food. Fans also hope for the return of the gochujang sauce, which was missed.
