Great pollo asado - can make it spicy which tastes like franks hot sauce but it’s good. Side options of beans, rice, potato wedges all were good and made several more options. Staff were very attentive.

First visit to this tasty chicken ? ? restaurant. Chicken, beef fajitas, and tablitas (thin sliced short ribs) cooked over wood fired grill. Wings,burgers, and flautas(rolled tacos) served as well. It's definitely better tasting food than other similar style restaurants. Food made to order. Worth the wait and price.

El peor lugar! Ayer compre en local de Seminary por drive thru; no me dieron la orden correcta! UN ASCO! Llamé y me dijeron que al día siguiente me reemplazarían mi pedido, hoy vine y que querían el ticket, eso nunca me dijeron que traiga porque me preguntaron mi nombre para tenerlo reservado en “su sistema”. Yo no reclamo por lo mucho o poco que cueste un pedido, sino por la manera TAN FEA de solucionar un problema. Cada vez este lugar se torna peor! Las que atienden piensan que hacen un favor al tomar un pedido. Y si, estoy incómodo en este momento porque me hicieron manejar hasta el local para nada! Locales así con este tipo de atenciones no merecen respeto! Este es mi perfil personal, no me escondo por todo lo que digo! Pollos El Canelo y lugar con mala atención y personal incompetente! Triste realidad!
