Great pollo asado - can make it spicy which tastes like franks hot sauce but it’s good. Side options of beans, rice, potato wedges all were good and made several more options. Staff were very attentive.
First visit to this tasty chicken ? ? restaurant. Chicken, beef fajitas, and tablitas (thin sliced short ribs) cooked over wood fired grill. Wings,burgers, and flautas(rolled tacos) served as well. It's definitely better tasting food than other similar style restaurants. Food made to order. Worth the wait and price.
This is the Pollo mas chignon this side of Fort Worth. The fajitas are great too! The flautas are good, but I prefer more protein less carbs. My only complaint and it's not something that is a deal breaker, but it is the occasional fly buzzing around. But that is my complaint on pretty much every other establishment out here. I love this place. I can't wait to being my houston buddies here to eat and have some beers.
