Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I visited this location on Sunday March 16th. The service and food was sooo unbelievably good that it made me return today on Tuesday March 18th .. The staff here are really really nice but more than that the food is hot and FRESH. This chicken is fried the way chicken is suppose to be fried. I had almost given up on eating fried chicken at a restaurant in Texas. Past experiences have been horrible especially at the location in Lake Worth. I want to give special acknowledgement to Marcella and Idalia. Both of these two ladies on different days were extremely professional, extremely kind... Friendly and welcoming. I didn't even make it out the parking lot on either visit with that chicken... I opened the bag each time to check the accuracy and quality of my order and smh..... I left the lot with chicken bones and an empty bowl of red beans and rice ... Just ate it all right in the car .. it was so greedy of me. Lol. But danngone it that chicken, the red beans and rice the biscuit, jalapeno pepper, sweet heat sauce and Coca Cola was 🔥 🔥 🔥. Will be returning soon. Thanks team Popeyes at this location... Keep up the awesome service!!!!

don’t come here unless u wanna wait 30 mins when their is only 1 other person in line. literally slowest fast food spot in all town

Ok. I work overnights for Amazon. I bought 11 sandwiches online for my team for team bonding and to celebrate successes from our shift. Was super easy to order online and it was ready pretty quick. I went to pick up the order. The bag was taped shut. So I took a chance and trusted all items were in there. Got back to work with food. None of the special orders were marked, grant it, the spicy and ghost pepper chicken sandwiches were put into different color bags, as well as the classics. But no marks added on the "check mark" boxes on the little bag the sandwiches had been stored in. So one by one, we had to go through each sandwich. On top of that, one sandwich was missing, but it took us a while to find which special ordered sandwich was missing. After figuring it out, I left my job again to go back up to popeyes (because they wouldn't answer the phone when I called 3 times) and arrived at 9:31 pm. I walk to the entrance at 9:32 pm.... and door was locked. Lobby open times states they close the lobby at 10 pm. Associate in the front signals me to go around through the drive thru. So I walked back into my vehicle, went around, and waited an additional 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Now the associate at the drive, she was very nice, polite, resolved my issue, and actually smiled at me when I drove up to the window. Thank you for that if you read this. This is why I gave them 3 stars vs 2. I am no complainer, but I missed a whole hour and 20 mins of work to complete this nice jester for my teammates. I will most likely avoid this popeyes in the future. Picture shows the 10 sandwiches I was given vs the order of 11. The pic show no check boxes marked either. Anyways, thank you Popeyes for my order and making it right. God bless

Best spicy chicken sandwich of my life. I've had spicy chicken sandwiches from 6-7 other places, and none of them compared. And that for SIX DOLLARS?? Whoever made a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles for DoorDash about an hour ago, thank you.

This was the best Popeyes experience ever! Debbie smiled and greeted us as we walked in even though she was taking an order for another customer. She appeared to be training a teammate. But, that did not slow her down.She was patient and efficient. She made sure that she clearly understood my order, then carefully repeated it back to me. I observed her showing the same courtesy and friendliness to other customers during the visit. When it appeared that an item on my order would not be ready immediately, she quickly notified us and offered to make an exchange. It actually was available as ordered after all. As we sat enjoying our meal, we could hear Debbie giving instructions to, then cheering on the other associates as they worked. She was upbeat, energetic, and friendly. Her customer service was superior. This Type of Customer Service and interactions with other associates is unusual at any restaurant, especially fast food restaurant. Hands-down, the best customer experience at a Popeyes ever!
