Slowest drive through I have ever been in. Rude staff taking orders and at window. My fries were just thrown in the bottom of the bag. Good food but probably won't go back to this one due to the poor service.

This place is closed in the food hall, I don't understand why the GPS and Google show that it is open, they should explain that it will be closed to be able to eat inside.

I had one guy waiting in front of me. I waited in line for about 10 minutes just for them to service him. My food was nasty, chicken was lightly fried. Employee touched my chicken with his bare hands to close the box. Red beans and rice taste like they had it in the microwave for too long. Based on my review and others you should never eat at this Popeyes . HONEST REVIEW!!!!!Will never return to this place ever in my life again.

I went to this location at 8:35pm on Sunday evening. #1 - the dining room was closed. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2pc meal all-white. When I got home, I opened my meal and my 2pc all-white meal included a wing and a thigh. I had no napkins and no fork for my cole slaw. Also no receipt in the bag or attached to it. I agree this location is the worst Popeye's location I've ever been to.

Pulled up on a Friday night at 10:05 pm. Drive thru menu is turned off, and I see someone cleaning up/putting up chairs inside. Their door says "open late" and they close at 12 am.

It's 11am, Sunday and there is a worker inside but the store is closed and no one is manning the drive-thru. Multiple people have gone up to door believing it's open and just left once they realize the doors are locked. Hours online and posted show Sunday open from 10am.

Stopped in today, haven't been to Popeyes lately because it seems everyone is have tried lately all in different cities have been horrible for service, food quality, cleanliness, etc. This one I must say fell in line with the others. Poor customer service if any, food was Luke warm at best, cleanliness of the restaurant was hideous, I watched the same person who poorly took my order go out in the dining room to clean off tables and started to kill Flies on the windows and THEN went back to wiping off more tables with the same rag all the while the Manager sat there in the dining room and said nothing to this person. Who knows what your eating here. This would of been good to video and share with HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

I usually try to write good reviews instead of bad because I work in customer service so it really has to be bad for me to seek out writing a bad review. I usually go here because it’s the closest to my work when I go on break. Every time I go I seem to be missing an item or something was wrong. Granted I can go somewhere else but there’s not too many options with my job and my break time. This most recent time I was a little upset with the customer service because the woman who helped me at the drive through was very curt with me, just asked for payment and didn’t even respond to me saying thank you and have a good day but she nodded and frowned when she heard me, and it just felt rushed but there was hardly anyone behind me. I then was missing my sauces as usual, which wasn’t a big deal at first thinking i can park and go inside considering my time crunch. All doors are locked in the middle of the day on Friday and I have to wait at the window for sauces. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

I placed the order for four sandwiches and three chicken tenders. They never gave me the tender until I got home and realized the chicken tender was missing. I have to drive back from Mansfield just for the damn mistake of not paying intention with the guest's order. Very disappointed with this location

I can't say enough great things about Popeyes, especially when it comes to the exceptional service provided by Jose. His management is the reason we drive all the way across town just to eat here. Every time we visit, Jose goes above and beyond to make sure we have a fantastic experience. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is top-notch. The restaurant is always clean, the food is fresh, and the service is prompt, all thanks to his leadership. Jose truly makes this location stand out, and it's clear that he takes pride in making every guest feel valued. This is hands down the best Popeyes we've been to!
