My family, I visit this location for the first time which normally we go on Collins st But since we were in the area , we decided to stop here to get something to eat. We ordered a 2 piece, white with 2 sides and a drink and Vanessa.The manager charged us $11.99 plus twenty cents for the extra sides. I asked her, was there any more fresh chicken coming up? And she said, no, since the chicken looked it dry and old. A customer came in behind us and asked for the big box, which was $6, 2 piece, 2 sides. I asked the manager vanessa , why didn't she offer that to us instead of ringing us up for $11.99 plus 20 cents for extra sides, she said , sorry and kept on making our food. After receiving our food.They dumped hot , fresh chicken up as we were walking out the door. I asked her, when was the store manager be in? She said on monday so I called the next night which was sunday , and i've been calling a few times today monday and no one never answers this phone. I did fill out the review on the receipt. And I would like the manager to respond back.

This place has become better. Maybe new management. It's tasty . Usually not dried chicken. In the past they were out of chicken, menu items, hit or miss with dried out chicken and chewy. One time I went and they said today is Thursday, only dark meat, they called it Dark Thirty Thursday! No that is not a thing for Popeyes. So 4 stars because its been better. Usually looks like no one is there but lately more cars are in drive through. Unfortunately they are still often out of something. Yesterday no coleslaw. Number one disappointment- the biscuits are consistently hard, never soft and chewable. 5 stars for atmosphere is the location, safe, easy to get to, I have never gone inside and the doors were locked before, I have never seen anyone inside but assume you can eat inside.
The menu is difficult to read as it really wants to promote chicken fingers. Maybe thats new Popeyes menu. The speaker is difficult to hear or understand the person talking. So the three is for understanding, and the fact that purchasing 1 piece, 2 pc. White, 2 pc dark, or buckets are not first or easy to find in the menu board. Not clear. Not the people they are always nice at the windows!! They are always prompt to take the order.

Pulled into drive thru at 1114a two cars ahead of me. The 1st car just had their order taken the 2nd car is just sitting there now 5 mins later. There are no cars in the parking lot. I work across the street at american airlines they won't make it here very long. 1123 now 2nd car just had their order taken. Now 1124 and am being told to wait. Ordered at 1125a. Sandwich at 1126

Whoever was a drive thru at 11:20 pm was rude I ask to get my rice on the side and she said I just can get it together I can’t get my rice on the side which I always do it would have took 2 min to put my rice on the side

Got the GREAT Popeye's experience lol. Waited almost 40min for a chicken sandwich meal. And on top of that, they did not give me my drink, went back inside to get it, then never came back out. They were not busy or slammed. They made people from the drive thru to park, then wouldn't remember whose order they had on hand. Chicken was barely warm, mash potatoes were bland and dry. Thanks for wasting my time once more after giving Popeye's another chance after a while. Absolute TRASH

Ridiculous portion size for chicken strips. Paid almost $20 for a 5 piece meal and they call those two tiny pieces a chicken strip. Also forgot my sauces and my biscuit. Waited at the speaker forever and when I get to the window I also get parks to wait forever when I placed an online order.
