The worst food I have EVER been served in my life. It was inedible, tasted like it was resting at the bottom of a dumpster before being given to me. They also left out an entire entree + sides…not that it would’ve mattered anyway! LOCATION IS SO IMPORTANT, PEOPLE. I’ve had great Popeyes before…this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Had to throw all the food away after eating one bite, ended up getting sick and have had stomach issues even 2 days later. Customer support was entirely useless, as well. My family and I would’ve been better off setting $60 on fire, because at least then, we wouldn’t have gotten physically ill from A SINGLE BITE of rancid chicken and a biscuit that tasted like Play-Doh.

They charged me almost $50 for 3 meals 5pc chicken tenders. All of the meals were missing 2 pc each. And the tenders were the most little chicken I have ever seen. Not coming back to Popeyes

NEVER will I pull up to this establishment again! I ordered the BIG BOX SPICY WHITE and the chicken tasted off! The red beans and rice smelled spoiled 🤢🤮
🤦🏼♀️To rectify I pulled into the one I usually go to to return the spoiled red beans and rice🥹 and they were all in awe like eww that stinks and gave me fresh red beans and rice!
I didn’t have time to travel back so if I’m going to be punished for that I’ll take it I couldn’t go work a 12 on an empty stomach!
I normally read reviews, but thought they new to the area, but whew after reviewing the reviews please save yourself. They gonna make someone ill serving expired food. Please save yourself as I wished I’d saved myself!

I ordered from uber eats there was a buy one get one free item which was the 6pc signature hot wings, they shorted me two wings and there was no sauce on the wings whatsoever, what a total waste of money why can’t you guys just do your job right? People spend their hard earned money on food and all you guys have to do is get the order right! Bs

For the second time, these people don't know the difference between a drumstick and a wing. It's not what I paid for. I asked for a wing and breast and instead got a breast and the smallest drum twice! Believe the bad reviews. DON'T STOP HERE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. It's not worth stopping here to get what you didn't ask for.
Lazy staff and poor management closing down and refusing to take orders with almost an hour to go smh ... When I was young I worked at a chicken restaurant and we dropped chicken till there were no more cars that arrived before closing time ... If we had to stay after an extra 20 or 30 minutes to clean then we did but the customers got what they came for ... I went last night 10/4/25 to this location about 40 minutes to closing and was turned away when it only takes about 15 minutes cook

If 0 stars was an option I'd give that. This place doesn't conduct itself with professionalism whatsoever. I understand it isn't a 5star restaurant but definitely could be ran better. Ordered a 4 protein 4 sides meal deal at this establishment. I placed my order and showed up 4 hours before closing and they didn't have ANY sides, nor the proteins I orders. Only had their classic chicken available, literally nothing else. I spoke to corporate about this and they don't seem to care. As long as they're taking people's money, they don't care about the service or food quality they're serving. So much lack of everything, can't believe thus location is still even open.
