I went for a quick lunch, I was craving mashed potatoes. I ordered the chicken tenders with shrimp and mashed potatoes. I got back to work and no mashed potatoes!!! And little bitty peices of shrimp and they made it spicy! I asked for not spicy!! Very poor service!! Will never go there again!!!

Sick of this location completely unprofessional they lock the doors to inside super early and tell customers to use the drive through so they don't have to provide adequate service. Drive through person male was rude and they also lie constantly about what they offer for meals if I get a family meal im paying for it with my money weather its 8, 12, or 16 piece I don't need to be told I can only get mixed chicken. I drove off done dealing with horrible service here cherry picking who they offer family meals to its pathetic.

I stopped at the Popeyes in fort Worth at Dewey and South freeway this guy named Jake was the rudest person I've ever seen in a restaurant. They don't carry the lunch specials so I ordered some wings and when I open the box I literally just closed the bag and went inside and asked for a refund he said they didn't give me refunds. They also did not give me a receipt and he wouldn't give me a receipt for a refund I haven't checked my bank account yet we shall see. Avoid Popeyes at Dewey and South freeway.
