Why is it so hard to pay people what they need to work at this location? Not to mention quite a few of the young kids there don't really seem to have any customer service skills. Not expecting above and beyond but it's frustrating to get attitude when you have to ask for something like ketchup 3 times. The dining room is always closed yet they have lines in the drive thru extending through the parking lot. They have the customer base, hire some folks and pay them right so it's not a 20 minute automobile royal rumble everytime we go. I'm done with this locale
The worst experience she was rudeeee! To me and the new hire. Never will I ever come back to this location. Eeeeyuck. No compassion; no customer service.

Great raising Cane's as always! The staff is super friendly and professional. The meal came out quick and easy in the store and atmosphere is very clean and approachable.
Why are lobby doors closed when they should be open.
They forgot my two canes sauces not the first time either has happened over several times in the past and when I tried to go in and get them they had a attitude and ask for the receipt so I went to grab it the lady started be sarcastic. last time they done this the doors were locked and they don’t answer there phone much & when they do they still take long to bring the sauces to the door

Very friendly staff. Always, since my first visit 5 years ago. Super fast and of course the chicken is excellent. Managers are doing a great job!

They are always out of sprite and they don’t tell you until you have already paid. They also don’t fill the drinks up all the way.
