I’ve come here several times in the passed year and I’ve never had a problem. There was red looking hair in my food! They usually are very efficient and friendly, I’ve never had a problem with the food but today was a shock. The fries look like they were sitting out all day and I ordered a box combo that has 4 strips but they gave me 3. I had just got out a long shift and didn’t even bother to check the food when they gave it to me because they never do me wrong at this location but i regretted it when I got home. I didn’t bother going back because I was to tired. I just threw it away. But here’s a photo. My hair is black and brown so this is not my hair. Honestly over the past like 2 months this location is going down hill. It’s kind of sad.
I love their chicken. I wish they had different sauce options though. The chicken is always juicy and cooked perfectly. I'm just not a fan of the Cain sauce. Some BBQ or gravy would be nice. Big fan of the sweet tea.

Raising Cane's always has delicious chicken with their amazing sauce. I have yet to go to a location that doesn't have great service--always attentive and friendly service. This location has outdoor seating.

DO NOT do a fundraiser with this company. We did one back in August and have yet to get out check after being told it would take 4-6 weeks. We have contacted multiple ppl and no one will answer or get back to us. It’s terrible that they think it’s ok to lie and steal from a high school booster club. Good luck, because I won’t be back to even eat.

I had been stopped a little ahead of their drive thru waiting on my husband to give me his order (there was no one else at the drive thru) when I pull up to the speaker a little girl in the background yells at me to hurry up and the drive thru person started laughing. I ended up not ordering and letting the manager know but idk that she will actually talk to them and coach them about appropriate customer service.
Just wanted to make a post about one of your amazing staff, Audrey P. She was working at a different location on Hulen. I saw two large lost dogs and roaming in and out of the parking lot and busy street. Without hesitation, she assisted me with the dogs, which helped prevent serious injury to the dogs and drivers. It's rare to see others go above and beyond.

I know for a fact that Canes does not deny service to anyone until the store is closed. That’s not the case at this location, I was denied service at this location because the Manager on duty said that it was a few minutes until closing. I will never visit this location again! Unacceptable.

I got the chicken sandwich and after I almost finished eating it I found mold on the bread and the chicken was raw in the middle of the sandwich and I ended up getting food poisoning for 3 days could not eat anything after I ate that sandwich so someone probably wasn’t washing there hands and not keeping the food up to date so I would keep and eye of the way they cook the chicken and the bread they use for the sandwiches

We ordered our two meals in the drive through and had a pretty specific order for a person with celiac. They accidentally left toast in that meal, and when I brought it inside a young lady took care of it right away, fully understanding what Celiac Disease is and made sure they fixed the meal appropriately.I’m a firm believer that mistakes happen, but the way they approached fixing the mistake made me feel compelled to comment on how great this was.
Dietary restrictions: Naked tenders with fries (no toast!) is the perfect meal for celiac.
