Ordered a pound of chopped brisket, weighed it at home after pouring off the bulk of the grease and it came in at 12 oz. Giving 3 stars instead of 2 because my kids enjoyed their sloppy joes... but I was not impressed.

The Special that day was Baked Potatoes, they were out of Baked Potatoes, Brisket, Ribs and Chicken had to get Sausage that was dry and over cooked, burnt my Onion Rings.

My sandwich was burnt ..bottom bun was burnt both sides
I took bun off sandwich still tasted burnt
No sauce at all.. sad experience

I've driven by This little BBQ place in a gas station a hundred times without stopping in.
Not Anymore! This family owned BBQ establishment is great!
I got a pound of sliced brisket, and the young man trimmed off the fat and threw in some burnt ends too.
The brisket was moist and tender. Excellent service and a very reasonable price.
I'll be stopping by for more soon.
