Ordered SLICED brisket with 2 sides. I received what was told to me was ALL they had left scraps of brisket and STILL CHARGED premium for sliced.
This IS MY LAST VISIT TO YOUR REDS BBQ. I would have added a picture of the plate, but review doesn't have a option for a photo

I have eaten here a few times and it’s good. Potato salad needs some seasoning and the onion rings were kind of burnt, but the meat is fantastic every time and the lemon blueberry cake is delicious! First time trying it and I love it; the icing is so dreamy. The banana pudding is good too.

1st time as we live in the area. The Brisket, sauce, Mac cheese, and mash potatoes were all very good! I promise it dosent have to be in Texas monthly to be great BBQ. 👍

The cheeseburger was delicious and the fries were too! I will be back when I want a delicious cheeseburger!

Honestly, the best BBQ in the Fort Worth area. My wife and I have tried so many spots, but we keep coming back to Reds because the service and the food are FANTASTIC.

Potato salad was not so great skins left in it and very soupy. Beans tasted like they were cooked in dishwasher and sour. Sliced Brisket was good chopped looked like it came out of a can. Cole slaw was good.

Good when in stock, but they're normally out of what I want when I go.

The turkey and sausage were good. The chopped brisket was maybe average. The portions I received were small. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

We eat at Reds every week. The family and employees that run this place are incredibly nice and food is awesome. Definitely try their burger special on Thursdays as well as the other BBQ they have. They have daily specials that you just can’t beat. Give them a try!

Good place to support local & grab lunch or snack while waiting for care stuff at Kwik Care next door. Yummy banana pudding!

Awesome and affordable BBQ.

Great value with the daily specials, less than ten dollars as of 2026, just know most daily specials are only available that day of the week.

There is a drive through and staff have always been extremely courteous and helpful, including walking my take out order over to me while I'm sitting in a booth.

Reds bbq is amazing. Excellent bbq. The sides are bountiful. Catfish - yum. And the atmosphere is so fun and unique. Staff so kind. Highly recommend. Local favorite.

Haven’t tried this place even though I’ve lived by Boswell High School since 2014.

This evening the wife and I wanted something quick as it was getting late in the evening and the cooking window closed. Had to go to O’Reilly’s and this was real close and we’ve tried most other spots. Went with a bunch (3#) of chopped brisket myself as I had planned to spread it out over a few days. Whoever took the picture with all the grease a year ago mine is that and then some. I’m not worried about the overall weight but man my stomach immediately started doing cartwheels. To top it off I’d say it’s probably the least flavorful brisket I’ve had in a long time. Two ⭐️ since we enjoyed our sides. The ladies up front were super helpful and answered our 100 menu questions.

On the flip side maybe I’ll try something else next time but it’ll never again be the chopped brisket and unfortunately that’s what we got for the whole house.

The food is good, the staff is friendly, but they rarely have sliced brisket. As a bbq restaurant, sliced brisket is a must. You'd figure they would learn to get better stocked. The last 4 times I've been there, they have been out. Very disappointing.
