Refinery 714 is an absolute gem! The rooftop views are stunning, the ambiance is chic and cozy, and the bartenders are super friendly. Five stars and highly recommended!
Ads make it sound like a rooftop bar & it is the top floor of the harper hotel but no patio or seating with a real view. It's still cute with fresh, crafted cocktails. Also, ads market happy hour drinks & snacks 3-5p only but staff is unaware of it & the kitchen doesn't even open til 5p. Online marketing definitely caused the loss of a star due to misleading/ inaccurate information, but they fit the bill of cute upscale hotel bar.
The atmosphere and view is amazing, and if you are here when Zak is bartending you will be in great hands, he is so nice and fun and he made me the most delicious drink based off of what I liked!!! Wonderful experience, will be back!
