Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

I decided to give Rosa’s another try since last time we ate there the crispy beef tacos were bad and stale and the chips were over cooked. Today I got 2 tacos and 1 soft chicken taco plate. The chicken taco was great but the taco shells were stale again literally there was 5 small strands of cheese. Also I ordered a cheese enchilada and got beef. I hate this because we have been eating here for almost 15 years. Rosa’s PLEASE stop serving old taco shells. Crispy beef tacos are my favorite, I use to get them at Taco Casa and now there shells are stale…..what is going on and where can I get some good tacos????

I have always loved rosas! But prices have gotten a bit out of hand. For 3 tiny tacos in the plate it is over $11 after tax

It was absolutely disappointing to drive home after a long day and get absolutely nothing you ordered for correctly. And so the first thing I did was call the restaurant and they transferred me to the manager who reassured me. Everything was perfect, even though it obviously wasn’t and continue to stay on that stance absolutely disgraceful to treat your people like this the food itself was stale the meat they give you is like less than an ounce, but they charge you for 2 ounces of meat
Very, very rude customer service and the manager is lacking a managerial skills .

Taco Tuesdays has deals!

Just came here TWICE. Ordered my food plus an Arnold Palmer with light ice. Didn’t get it the first time because according to the girl at the drive through, she didn’t hear me. Then I drive all the way back and order it AGAIN, and she still claims she didn’t hear me and made the drink wrong. I’m ordering one thing this time, how can you not comprehend what is being order? Two times is ridiculous.

Drive thru is always the fastest line I've ever seen! And my order is always correct

Hot, fresh, great value. The staff is kind and helpful. It's clean in both bathrooms and the dining room.

Your basic Mexican food restaurant. The service was quick for a large group. One thing I would change is to have chips and salsa as part of the meal.

We ordered via calling in as we do all of the places my colleagues and I order from. The lady we were trying to order from cut us off half way through ordering to tell us we can just use the drive thru, we told her we didn’t want to and continued to order, after which she very snobbishly said, “ok but for future reference you can use the drive thru and it won’t take long”. We informed her we didn’t want to wait in the drive thru and would appreciate if the order was just ready when we arrived, she said ok, a blatant lie to our face. Confused at how a restaurant could behave that way, we ignored it and moved on. When I arrived to pick up our order, they spent 2 minutes just figuring out where the order was before showing back up with a sticky note and no food. At which time I had to reorder our food and they finally decided to prepare it. Basically telling us “no you can’t do phone orders, we don’t care and we are in control, not you”. A pathetic display of customer service from a control freak of an EMPLOYEE. Get your stuff together Rose’s, we didn’t deserve the attitude, the lies, or the wasted time. We don’t want to use your drive thru because we are sales people and actively manage our time to maximize our efforts (like avoiding drive thrus for example!). So maybe, next time your customer calls in an order and tells you they don’t want to use your drive thru and prefer the food to be ready on arrival, don’t try to teach them a lesson by lying to their face and doing whatever you want. Grow up.
