Fast drive thru!

Its been 3 weeks still refuse to correct the issue with my thatis over 30. Be careful doing business

Looking forward to some good Mexican food, tonight at Rosa's was highly disappointing. First, the chips had no salt on them. The rice and beans were bland. Ordered the three enchilada plate. The cheese enchilada was hard, and rubbery. The other two enchiladas were okay. The order of rice & beans was only rice. Asked for a side of onions. Twice the man at the drive through window said the container with onions was in the bag. Of course, it wasn't. Definitely not worth the $25 spent.

Low quality food for what I paid for they literally put American hamburger cheese on some enchiladas. The beef enchilada were still frozen. Spend your money somewhere else this place has zero customer service. McDonald’s food is better than this! If I can give it a zero star I definitely would.

staff got very rude and hostile after i let them know my order was wrong with the receipt even the manager do not eat here

Had a group of 7, plenty of room

I believe it was the manager she was wearing a black shirt at the register. She was completely rude. Me and my family went to eat and I ordered two plates do to having a seizure that morning I was exhausted and hungry. She repeatedly said you know you ordered two plates and repeatedly said you sure you need two plates. I didn’t know if she was either calling me fat or stupid but I did not need that after having a seizure that morning. I felt embarrassed and me and my family have been going there since it opened when I was a child.

I guess this Rosas Cafe isn’t an Epilepsy friendly location.

Food was good enough, I went through Drive thru. My only complaint was the portions. I got a burrito for $9 and it was on a small flour tortilla. Barely any meat, the beans and cheese were extra? It'll be hard for me to return when there is much better options for the $$$.

We went through the drive thru kept out food still and organized , when we got home we notice the beans were extra full and a bunch right under our tacos all over the wrappers in a sloppy matter when I called the store they stated that is could have been our fault or just the beans over flowing then they shouldn’t have been over flowed in the first place if they only place a certain amount in that part of the plate instead of helping the young lady who answered didn’t sound like she what what she was doing. Very frustrating paid $24 for sloppy food tacos with a small piece of chicken only to be thrown out because it was a mess not coming back !!!!! They need a better process for issues like this horrible just horrible !

The food is ight it is over priced for potatoes being in the meat there is more potatoes then there is meat like really bruh this is not a great business idea to cut corners because the ceo or owner is greedy i only go there for rice and chips and salsa now but would love to see a big change in quality of the actual food
