I have ordered there four times and only the first time was a good experience. Second time they sent the wrong pizza. Third time the pizza wasn’t ready until almost an hour after there online tracker said it was l “ready for pick up”. Yesterday they were out of drinks I had purchased online and claimed they were unable to give me a refund. Supposedly it will come later. Got my deep dish pepperoni and when I got home, found out the bottom of the pie was burnt, crust was black on the bottom. I notified them and you think they would have done something, anything to fix the problem but NOPE. Apparently we are just supposed to enjoy the burnt pizza. Make sure to check before you take it home if you order carry out. Can’t say how disappointing the whole experience was, let alone wasting the $30 plus on burnt pizza.
We are from Chicago and FINALLY real pizza made it to Ft Worth! You won't find better pizza anywhere else! My mouth is watering just typing this!
