This place is such a hidden gem!!! The space is beautifully lit and very intimate, you can see one of the chefs preparing food from a little box(not sure how else to describe it haha) which is a very cool touch. Our server was Jade and she was lovely, very friendly and super knowledgeable about different things on the menu. The food was absolutely incredible. Last night was our first experience with French cuisine, so I can’t speak to its authenticity—but I can say that I/we thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. Each dish was absolutely delicious.

The most authentic French restaurant in Texas. As someone who has been to Paris multiple times (also lived in Houston and Dallas and now FW), I must say that this place really resembles and tastes like a true French bistro but more like a bistro with gastronomy techniques. Saint Emilion deserves a Michelin Bib Gourmand at least. Merci Beaucoup!
