i have been coming here for over 10 years never had a problem with the employees of the food. i even showed my friends this place and they all come back

The entire team seems to have a persistently unpleasant attitude, particularly the owner's wife and her son. Their level of service has been exceptionally disappointing, especially given that we have been regular customers. The prices are steep, and we’ve noticed that the food often has passed its expiration date. Additionally, we’ve encountered packages with visible fungus. When we attempt to bring these issues to their attention, they respond with hostility rather than concern.

The butter chicken had way too much grease in it, and the flavor was mid. The sauce is separating from the grease. I hope it doesn’t clog an artery. But the rice is probably the fave in this meal and the garlic naan is fluffy and has a good flavor.

We ordered from Sana through Postmates. We were so excited to have some delicious Indian cuisine after our 12 hour drive to Fort Worth after reading reviews through the app.
Pros: The two meals we ordered had good flavor and a nice kick. The rice and naan was also SO yummy!
Cons:On the app it specifies that there is an 8 piece chicken nugget (for our kids) and we opened it to only find 4 nuggets, 2 per kid I guess? ? we would’ve doubled our order had we known this was going to happen. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Butter chicken to share. Both were super runny and watery which was SUCH a bummer and both tasted identical. It makes me wonder if they were both the same actually the same thing even though they were labeled as what we ordered. The portion sizes (at least for take out) were SO SMALL. There was a lot of rice but the sauces for each were not even enough for all the rice we had and overall just small portions compared to other places we’ve been. Maybe it’s because we placed our order through Postmates. When we ordered naan we were also surprised that it was small and a single naan was $5.
Overall it was just a bummer.

What kind of biryani is this oh my god. I am sooo disappointed. This is the worst of the worst.

I would take my son to eat at other indian restaurants and he would say... "this isn't the same as that other restaurant (sana)" ?
He would always get the chicken Tikka masala but has been getting the chicken curry and loves it more!
As you can tell by the photo, my son loves their food.
I also get the chicken curry and vegetables samosas are my favorite.
The people who work here are always so nice!
This is the best indian food in DFW. Hands down.
