While eating lunch with my entire family, staff started to put signs in the windows saying you must be a customer to use the restroom. Fair. It’s on a busy corner of a busy grounds. But when my family went outside to make room for people waiting, they set up a bouncer at the bathrooms and he wouldn’t let me in without a receipt. Even after describing my situation. lol I ordered 2 items. a shake and cheese fries. I got a shake. it wasn't busy either. gotta do better. absolutely disappointing
