Everything was DELICIOUS! The bbq was flavorful, moist, not over seasoned or dry: the beef sausage had a nice amount of cheese inside. The sides we chose were elote, potato salad, and tallow beans - all were amazing. Worth the trip, not over priced for the quality and quantity.
Make Smoke & Bone your next lunch or dinner stop. We were visiting FW and decided to try a food truck. So happy they were the one we picked. My husband had the brisket and I had the loaded elotes.. Hubs said it brisket was great. My lunch was truly the best BBQ I've had. The seasoning of all of the meat was perfect, so flavorful. If we lived in FW I'd be there weekly for sure. So it happened that my Truck stop working next to this food truck, Let me tell you was the best thing it ever happened to me, Wow Food it's completely delicious, Brisket juicy, kimchi sausage wuufff, corn-ball out of the park⚾️ , slaw amazing the Potato y'all have to try it y'alls self this food truck it out of this world.. the girl & guy that runs it Amazing. Please try it y'all won't regret it..
