I would give this location negative stars if I could and I visit multiple locations in the area depending on where I am at the time. I came here on 3/1/25 and orders a smoothie bowl with some extra toppings and a power plus smoothie for my husband. After getting the order in the drive thru I noticed my smoothie bowl didn’t have any of the extra toppings and I let the girl know and she said “I put extra” I said “there isn’t anything extra on this bowl and I paid extra”. I tried to get her to put my toppings on my bowl and she refused. I also told her the smoothie and the açaí in the bowl were very melty and she refused to change it. I called to speak with a manager who would not give her name but she was an older black woman by voice. She had quite the attitude with me while also informing me that she had heard about this like this occurring at this store a lot. She asked me to come to the store and I informed her I’d be a couple minutes because I was right around the corner. I got there and the staff had quite the attitude and took minutes to come to the window to inform me that the manager had just left. They also said they called her and she said she’d only replace the smoothie bowl with no extras and no substitutions. I told her that would not work because I am allergic to bananas and I need those substitutions. She said come back tomorrow to talk to the manager but I feel like she’ll just leave or not come in again. They didn’t care to help me. I need to speak with the owner or corporate at this point.

Smoothie King used to be one of my favorite spots, but the two that are closest to me do not make my smoothies right. I went in today at this location, spent almost $12 for a 32 oz. The guy made a 20, and then proceeded to hand it to me. I told him I ordered 32, so he added ice, blended, and handed it back. Honestly it’s almost worth the hour drive to the ones I know and love. It’s crazy how different the smoothies are at different locations. I’m used to a silky smooth rich flavor, but this texture is more rough and the flavor is minimal at best. The ratios today were definitely not there. Disappointingly, I have half a mind to toss it in the trash.

Usually love this smoothie king. Unfortunately today I order my peanut power plus, after 3 sips I feel something scratch my throat. I assumed it was ice. After a couple of other sips I feel something sharp on my tongue. I spit it out and I find a piece of plastic come out. Poured it into another cup just to see, and sadly found another piece of plastic come out. So sad as this is normally my spot but to find a hard chunk of plastic in my smoothie I’m disappointed
