Olivia was the best employee there! She took my order fast and answered all the questions I had with a respectful and helpful tone. She greeted me with a welcomed tone. Will definitely go back!

Paid $7 for a small smoothie then asking for a 20% tip at the drive thru is crazy, owner start paying your employees.

I had the worst experience at Smoothie King and I will never return. I was treated with blatant racism by staff who clearly didn’t care about customer service or basic human decency. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel like a bother, not a customer. They were more focused on closing the store than actually helping me, rushing through my order, rolling their eyes, and talking to each other like I wasn’t even there.

When I asked a simple question about my drink, I was met with attitude and complete disregard. It was clear they didn’t want to serve me—and it felt like that had everything to do with who I am. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a business before.

Smoothie King should be ashamed to have employees who treat people like this. If this is how you allow your staff to behave, especially when it comes to racial bias and disrespect, you’ve lost not only my business—but the business of anyone who values equality and basic decency.
