Went through the drive through this morning to get breakfast at 8:10AM, was told that they just opened at 8:00 so I would have to wait at least 15 minutes for a burrito... When I asked if anything could be done under 10 minutes I was told no and that it would be a definite wait of at least 10-15 minutes. Didn't get food, won't come for breakfast again. Please update hours on google if you're going to start opening at 8:00. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago too, I ordered through the app and when I got there no one was there. Not cool

Terrible. The burger was not edible, the entire hot dog container was swimming in mustard, and the cheese sticks are not even cooked.

I prefer visiting this Sonic restaurant because it's conveniently close to my home. However, the exceptional service and consistently fresh food make it worth driving to. The customer service is consistently excellent, and I'm always satisfied with how quickly I receive my order. The drinks are consistently excellent, and I recommend trying a "dirty" drink next time you visit. I highly recommend this location.

Every time we order from this location they mess up our order. Last night I ordered the dirty drink and my fiancé got home and they gave me a regular soda. I went back to exchange it and they were acting like I inconvenienced them. They were very rude, rolling their eyes, etc. Management needs to change and they need retraining. ,7:69’er service is absolute trash at this location.
I have been sitting in a stall for 10 minutes waiting on someone to answer the red button. I tried the drive thru, no one came on either. The purpose in ordering through an app is to expedite service, not wait forever.
