The food is good and the people are nice, but twice now I have come and not been able to hear anything the person is saying. Two different stalls I tried. The speaker is not that great and it's right next to a busy road. Pair that with other customers playing loud music and communication with your staff is almost impossible.

J went to this Sonic shortly after 2pm to quench my thirst with Happy Hour specials and to try the new "Groovy fry", which appears to be just crinkle cut fries. It took appr 12 min to be acknowledged by the order box. The customer service rep appeared unfamiliar with the menu as we had to keep repeating the drink order (LG cherry limeade, LG mango lemonade, and Rt 44 half swt/half unswt tea with easy ice) emphasizing "groovy fries". Ordered #16 meal and #16 sausage Barreto. When the order was delivered. The tots were not in the bag. I called in , told them they were missing. Then some guy came out and asked what was wrong. I explained not tots in the bag, then showed him. He said that he was the one that filled the order then turned around and walked back on. Then someone brought out the tots. really !!
