Please update your menu. I’m disappointed I was charged extra today without anyone trying to fix it. I saw $13 on your online menu where I ordered from and when I paid in person, I was charged $15 for the entree meal #E-14. First server said he would ask the manager. Then he sent another guy to take his place and I had to explain the same thing to the second guy. The second guy didn’t even attempt to reconcile or call the manager to adjust price! He tried to brush it off. This is false advertising. I paid the $16.25, but gave no tip. Horrible service not attempting to fix the problem. I usually like visiting this place for lunch and get my pad Thai. When I finally decide to order something new today, I get this ugly surprise.

So today is the last day I will get food from here. I ordered online and my card i had connected ro the website didn't ho through because I didn't have the correct 3 # code. So I put in a new card. After ordering I got a message from the card that didn't work and the card i put in that I had been charged 48.08 on both cards. When I went to pick up my food I asked ro speak to the manager and told the guy why. I can see the manager standing in the open door way and she tells the guy to show me orders they received. As he is telling me to just go to my bank and fix it, I see her just staring at me. I told him that I would like the managers name so that if I have to resolve the issue myself I can tell them what manager I spoke to and that I tried to resolve through the restraunt. This women finally comes over to us to tell me she doesn't need to give me her name and that all I have to do is tell the bank the restraunt. You know if you are unable to give customer service that why are you there. I will never fo back. The food quality has gone down since I got my coworkers to go there this past year. Everytime we have had a problem they are rude. Even if we ask a question about an order. But it is one thing to not make the food spicy enough or the rice is a little under or overcooked. It is another when you mess with my money and you can't even give me your name and you are the manager. Plus to tell me you have nothing to do with the website so it's not your problem is a load of crock. If something has your name and your branding then at least act like you care about it.

Typical Thai food. The food was good. The steamed dumplings and egg rolls were perfect. The service was exceptional. They were attentive and food came out hot and quickly.

Food was good! Lots of flavors in the drunken noodles and the pad Thai. The red curry is pretty good as well! I would recommend the pad Thai. I was not a huge fan of the jalapeños in the drunken noodles though. Quite the interesting flavor.

Such a wonderful spot. The food was fast and fresh. Portions were large. We got teriyaki chicken, potstickers and mango sticky rice. Love it

Green Curry, Panang Curry, Pad Thai... It's all amazing. I've been eating here for the past 2 years. I've never been disappointed by the food or service. This is the best Thai food in Fort Worth!

Wonton soup broth was good, wonton filling was just awful, had to spit it out. The fried rice was pretty much flavorless, the chicken stir fry into it was overcooked rubbery and had absolutely no seasoning. We ended up picking out all the chicken and just eating the rice. The dumplings tasted as a they had been bought from costco. I was with a child who wanted orange chicken and fried rice they wouldn't accommodate fried rice as a side with a child's entree even with an upcharge so I ended up having to buy a full size order which was aggravating they could have just charged a few extra dollars and given her a few spoonfuls of fried rice.
You get eight dumplings in an order, we asked if we could have half steamed, half fried, they said nope you have to order two complete orders.
Subpar food without even the simplest of accommodations for your guests means I will never come back.
And I very rarely give a bad review. I can't believe how many people were eating there. It's just plain, flavorless, fake Thai. Yuk.

It's a small neighborhood eatery. So if you have a large party, call ahead. It's a great place overall. I will be back.

I ordered the Spicer sampler. Everything was fried. Never had a fried pot sticker. No shrimp even though it was stated. Not at all I impressed. Didn't want to complain as I was being treated to a birthday dinner.

Food was so good! Definitely will eat here again.
Asked waitress for food recommendations, went with curry and lettuce wraps. Would skip the Crab Rangoons, no visible crab, just cream cheese. Will try the soups next time.

Great food, great vibes. Highly recommend you try their speciality dish list near the back of their menu, that's where you find the real unique and fun stuff, but it's all good!
