If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My daughter is 8 years old and a Type 1 diabetic. Her blood sugar was high, and all we needed was water—we even said we would gladly pay for three water cups.
Because of their “new policy,” they told us we had to buy something just to get water. We explained my daughter’s medical condition, and he still said they “can’t do that,” and could only give us one little water bottle to purchase for $3. It’s literally just water.
We ended up going to the gas station across the street because they refused to help us. It’s insane that a place can’t provide water—especially in a medical situation—even when we offered to pay.
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE WHO HAVE DISABILITIES!

Hopping coming into this Starbucks for well over 2 years and always been treated with a happy smile when I walk into Starbucks but this morning they don't say nothing to me don't even recognize me by name as that usually do I got a real cold shoulder this morning and they were not busy at all I'm thinking of not coming back

States starbuck
Appreciate the staff here, my mobile orders are always ready when I arrive. My coffee and refreshers always taste right. If not, the staff allow me to add more milk, cinnamon, or inclusions if necessary. Love the atmosphere, it's perfect for work breaks, doing work, and spending time with family or friends.

Absolutely crazy to hand someone a drink that is 2/3 cold foam and 1/3 actual latte… was in a rush or I would have asked them to remake this. I don’t stop at starbucks often and this lack of quality reminded me why. Also, the banana cream cold foam tastes really bad.

Came into the store in a bit of a mood but left smiling thanks to Chloe. Super friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. Not sure about her thing for cold baked beans, but she definitely made my day better.

This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many over many years. My family and I stopped by this morning and we were delighted by the welcoming staff. We decided to try some new drinks with new syrup combinations, and Coffee Master Paxton was very knowledgeable on every question we had. If you’re going to go to Starbucks I cannot recommend this location enough. Ask for Paxton!

Best Starbucks in town, hands down. I recently moved away and miss the staff there so much! They knew my name, my drink, and treated me with kindness and respect. Actually became close friends with two staff members and even had them over for the holidays! Good people.

I plan to get in contact with the owner or DM of this store this was a trial run to see how people of color were treated at this particular location, I had several young men and women tell me how they had been treated by the staff, one in particular is Alexander, I simply asked for a cup.of water while watching other interactions, previously about 2 weeks ago I came in the sat down and for a few moments before requesting to use the restroom...I was told I must purchase something on both occasions to even sit inside of the Starbucks and /or to use the restroom, this is a very nice area, and ti be treated as if you are not allowed to enter an establishment where u spend your money periodically without purchasing something either says alot about the staff hired or the establishment itself. I hope this is addressed and not just swept under the rug cause without customers period their would be no jobs for your current workers. Highly disappointed and did not believe it till I experienced it myself.

I went into the this Starbucks because it's was close to the places I need to run errands by. I need to go inside since I had sometime to get some work done. I understand I have a crazy drink order but at other Starbucks stores they have never made fun of me for it. When I waited for my drinks I could hear all of the employees talk about me and laughing. I was very uncomfortable well waiting in the store. Well I was waiting two men walked in and they didn't stay for long cause their order came out before mine. After they left the employees also were talking and laugh about each of the two guys. I realize that is probably why the store is empty. The only reason why I am giving them a two is cause I enjoy my drink after I left.
