The people that work there are so friendly. Went there one time to get my daughter a drink. And it was the worst tasty i called them and let them know about it. And yeah, they replaced it, so thank you very much. She was very happy.
First of all, everyone is great there! Today Rita made a small gesture that means more in the customer service world than she might think. I sometimes order a venti ice water when I am in the lobby. This is not an option to order on the app. Today Rita, had a venti iced water waiting by my order without question. It shows that they pay attention to their customers and that is the most amazing thing especially when some people come here to start there day. Rita made my day today....
I haven’t ordered my coffee at this location for a while. I went there 9-ish this morning.The kid is really polite. You can tell he’s really for his job today. I order my go to drink iced brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso. He made the drink really well. I wish all the baristas can make this drink correctly like him.
