I'm very disappointed in this location. I've always preferred Marcos over the other pizza brands for over a decade now. The service and food has always pleased when using the NRH, North fort worth or west fort worth locations. This blue mound location though. The food isn't too great, sometimes the pizza is dry with little sauce. My biggest issue is they cannot keep up with the demand. I have always had amazing pizza and top notch customer service come from this store. No one has ever treated me poorly and my pizza is always incredible. Not to mention how fast they make it! And a HUGE shoutout to Marcus. One of the nicest guys you'll meet. Thanks guys!

Getting very frustrated with this location which is fortunate since it is so convenient but they have messed up my order the last 3-4 times. Missed crust toppers, side cups that cost money, notes for the driver, etc. The errors continue to add up making unsure what I’ll get if I do order from them, disappointing.
