I’m giving 3 stars because they were very polite however, coffee was very bad. It was very watered down/diluted, I couldn’t even get through half of it. I wanted to splurge a little and use my gift card but I’m probably better off making my own coffee at home 🫤

The Western Center Starbucks off of 35 always has the best service! Their employees actually act happy to be there and they do a great job at keeping the drink recipes consistent. It’s so frustrating to order a drink and it’s different every time, but they really nail it! And even though they are often pretty busy, they still manage to get orders out quickly. Kudos to their staff and management!

They have gotten so much better recently. In the past o would have avoided this location like the plague with how long it would take to go through the drive through. Now though, they are so much better. I feel confident I can stop on my way to work and won't get trapped in line for ages. Great job on the improvements, keep it up. We appreciate you!
8/12 12:45-1pm Went in for a latte and water and asked how much is the large water, the guy says, sorry we only give water to paying customers. I let him know again I asked how much is a large water... I just looked at him like... REALLY? THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS? I had to leave. I have a bad knee and just got out of the gym and drive thru was wrapped around the building and had to limp in the store for what??? Complete attitude from the guy working didnt even try to help me

First time at this specific location & I have to say the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across!! I felt super welcomed going into the store (I meant to do drive thru so I was already nervous picking up) and sat and chatted with the woman making my drink. She even asked me some questions to make sure she was doing it to my liking (completely unnecessary & above and beyond)! Great way to start my morning & I will definitely be back to this location. I wish I would’ve asked her name!!
