To the guy in the drive-through, I don’t know if you were having a bad day or maybe you have not been trained in customer service, but when someone says thank you, and you don’t even acknowledge that person and just turned your back without saying anything, it is very offensive. Maybe you need to be repositioned, but for people like this, I would definitely quit going to a specific place.

Was $15 for a nitro cold brew. Which I believe I got overcharged. When asking the total at the window they had a different order up with multiple food items. So I practically just paid for someone else’s food and drink without my knowledge. Or they’re charging 15+ for a cup of coffee. Either way I’d stay away from this location.

They’ve given me real milk instead of one of the alternatives on multiple occasions. If they’re out of something, they have a bad habit of arbitrarily replacing it with something else, without asking. I live right next to this location and never order here.
