My drink was great, but the customer service is absolutely awful. Whoever is doing the drive-through has zero personality. I feel like it’s worse than a McDonald’s drive-through and that it’s just not living up to the Starbucks name. Right when I pull up it’s a very cold what can I get you..anything else..okay pull up to the window. At the window, it was “your total is xx.xx..” and then hands my coffee and walks off. Like wow, I’ll consider somewhere else from now on.

Always missing an ingredient. I’m sure the holiday peppermint mocha is made with whipped cream. In my opinion that’s the best part but these people left it out. I’m so upset I arrived to work only to realize my drink was half made and probably rushed. This isn’t the first time this location has done that in fact, they also did my hot chocolate like that. I would think since I pay over 5$ for a drink it includes ALL the ingredients. This location is trash. I tried to give them a second chance and it failed

Lady with the green hair in the drive thru scoffed at me because I didn’t tip. I’m NOT going to tip for microwaving a croissant…..

In the past I have never had any issues with my orders. I discovered I had a 50% coupon in the app so ordered a non- dairy matcha drink. Picked up drink, got in car drove off.When I reached for the drink 85% of it spilled in my cup holders because the top was not secured properly. Had to pull over to clean up, VERY DISSAPOINTED😞

I was in DFW on a work trip for a week and a half. I drove through this Starbucks every day for 7 days and ordered the same drink. I got a different drink every day. I don’t know if the baristas don’t know the menu, or if they are not trained to handle small modifications, but this was just ridiculous. Go to Dutch Brothers, it’s 1,000 times better.

I was absolutely blown away by the service provided at this location. I ordered on the app and without knowing, selected the wrong location. I was in a huge hurry and didn't have time to go to the place I ordered it to. But the staff did an EXCELLENT job in realizing the problem, making the order in less than a minute, and getting me on my way. Best service I have received in years!!

Welcome to the epitome of incompetence and disdain for customers at this Starbucks. Jennifer and Cord have outdone themselves in creating a spectacle of ineptitude and apathy. Not only did they botch my order with the finesse of a blindfolded toddler, but they also had the nerve to thank me for the scathing review! It's abundantly clear that they thrive in chaos and couldn't care less about basic customer service or managerial competence. Cord's nonchalant response is the cherry on top of this wretched sundae, showcasing his complete detachment from reality. If you enjoy subjecting yourself to the mercy of incompetent buffoons masquerading as employees and management, then by all means, waste your time and money at this Starbucks. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and run far, far away from this circus of horrors.
