From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich flavors of chocolate and toasted nuts, it's served fresh every day at a Starbucks® store near you.

In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

First time at this specific location & I have to say the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across!! I felt super welcomed going into the store (I meant to do drive thru so I was already nervous picking up) and sat and chatted with the woman making my drink. She even asked me some questions to make sure she was doing it to my liking (completely unnecessary & above and beyond)! Great way to start my morning & I will definitely be back to this location. I wish I would’ve...

My drink was great, but the customer service is absolutely awful. Whoever is doing the drive-through has zero personality. I feel like it’s worse than a McDonald’s drive-through and that it’s just not living up to the Starbucks name. Right when I pull up it’s a very cold what can I get you..anything else..okay pull up to the window. At the window, it was “your total is xx.xx..” and then hands my coffee and walks off. Like wow, I’ll consider somewhere else from now...
