I was recently blessed with a gift card, which has led to frequent visits to this Starbucks location. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service by the ladies at the front. Ms. Debby and another lady today(4/10/24). They were kind and cheerful, which is what the World needs bright and early in the morning. Thank you ladies for being that light to the start of my day! <3

I have ordered twice through Uber eats and Starbucks have forgotten something out of my order each time or given me the wrong food item. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they forgot it the cream cheese, last ordered egg white bites, and they gave me bacon with regular eggs. Like it’s ALWAYS something wrong with this location.

It’s always an extremely long wait for drinks. Had a 30 minute wait before. You’re better off doing down a few more exits to the one on Westport

I came here..and my drink was wrong…I politely went inside and asked if it wasn’t too much trouble to be remade…the lady at the register decided that because I asked for it a certain way that it would taste watered down…I asked if water was put in as a substitute…she would t answer..I then explained that I get this same order all over Fort Worth…but it is only and I do mean only when I come to this location do I ever have an issue with my order….every other time I legit let it go..and go on about my business…but this last time was the straw…so after I asked to have my drink remade..they made it of course..but this issue I had is the fact that the barista made it how she wanted to make it…versus how I ordered it…I not trying to make a big deals…but I work hard for the money I spend at this establishment…and to be treated like trash is very unsettling. I won’t even go into the other experiences I’ve had at this location..but they have never been good

No matter what Starbucks location I go to, none of them can ever seem to make my drinks right. I order one of the same two drinks every time. Every time it is made differently, and it’s not a drink that I add to or change. Both drinks are ordered just like Starbucks makes them. Maybe the employees should actually measure…? This time around I got the gingerbread latte. There was absolutely no cold foam on it. We kindly asked about it, and the guy at the window proceeded to argue about it (in a kind way that he probably didn’t even see as arguing honestly). He told us it would taste the same and to try it first. All he would do is pour more milk in it. There are more steps to cold foam than just pouring milk into a drink. Why can’t you just fix the drink when a customer ask? I’m not a difficult customer; I just expect things to be made the way Starbucks claims they will be. Needless to say, we just left without getting my drink fixed. And, no, it doesn’t taste the same without the cold foam. Drinking it with the cold foam really does make a difference. Here is an idea…don’t be lazy and do your job the right way…the first time. Then maybe you wouldn’t have to fix so many drinks.
