I just moved to this area from out of state, and I accidentally clicked on the wrong stbks to make my mobile order. Malorey was super helpful and proceeded to still make my order just like the one I ordered at a different location. Thank you so much Malorey, you rock!
We visited on Saturday for a croissant and a simple black cup of coffee and after a 20 minute wait and many people ordering after us and receiving their drinks and still no coffee for us, we had to leave or be at risk of being late to an event we were headed to. The establishment was too busy to talk with anyone about the said coffee and due to the busyness of the employees, we even left a nice tip. So we paid and tipped on a coffee we never got! I was recently blessed with a gift card, which has led to frequent visits to this Starbucks location. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service by the ladies at the front.
