Food is good, it’s McDonald’s. But the service is very poor. I waited quite a while in the lobby for assistance after I arrived before I was even acknowledged. They weren’t all that busy, and they were assisting other customers, but twice when I could have at least been greeted after finishing with a customer (I was next in line) I was glanced at then ignored. Food is great. Staff are polite and diligent. But whoever cleans this place needs to learn how to clean better. The tables look like they were wiped down with dirty water and a rag. And it smells weird like the airport. Even the walls look like they were wiped down with dirty water. This hand print has been here for weeks.
While this location managed to get my order correct—a rare occurrence—the overall experience was deeply disappointing. I visited specifically to try the fried apple pie for a bit of nostalgia, but it fell short of expectations. Additionally, the main dining room had a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of a sewage or restroom issue, forcing me to sit in the children's area instead, which smelled much better.
