Subway is a mixed bag. Some workers are slow and uncommunicative, while others are kind and delightful. The plastic bags are flimsy, but the service can be heartwarming. A manager showed exceptional kindness by trusting a customer during a power outage. It's the little things that make this Subway stand out.
