Subway is a mixed bag. Some workers are slow and uncommunicative, while others are kind and delightful. The plastic bags are flimsy, but the service can be heartwarming. A manager showed exceptional kindness by trusting a customer during a power outage. It's the little things that make this Subway stand out. Recently, the staff was on point, being very nice and fixing the food well, even letting a customer use a coupon when the app malfunctioned. The location offers typical Subway food at slightly lower prices than some other places in FW. The dining room is a nice setup and typically clean. Customer service is okay, with friendly and polite young workers. The place is known for great, fresh ingredients, and customers can substitute chips for cookies. Although some locations may not be as friendly or clean, this one is usually pleasant. The staff’s helpfulness and friendliness make visits enjoyable, and service quality can be very good, especially when staff go above and beyond.
