I ordered a sandwich today on the app today at 2:30 pm. I got it delivered. The delivery was smooth my order was right on time and my sandwich was correct. But they forgot my drink. Tried to get a refund on the app. It was so difficult too. I open my sandwich and start eating and I then see a long straight black hair that's not mine because I have teal green curly locs. The Subway on Basswood (near I35E) in Ft. Worth has a GREAT employee... Richard!! I don't know him personally, but I have gone to this location in the past and it's not always been the best experience. Since Richard has been there, every experience has been a good one. He's really fast, super friendly and knows what he's doing. I know this location gets busy with mobile orders, (I've seen them printing out!!) but Richard had no problem taking care of walk-in...
